As diesel prices hit a staggering Php112 to Php120 per liter in some parts of the country, Malacañang seems to have no clear plan. According to critics, officials are running around like “headless chickens” without any solution in sight!

FERTILIZER CRISIS: HUNGER IS REAL!

The problem is not just gas! A “Food Crisis” is looming due to the turmoil in the Middle East. Did you know that 40% of the world’s fertilizer comes from the Gulf region? As the planting month begins this June, how will farmers be able to plant if they don’t have fertilizer?

Without fertilizer, there will be no harvest. Without harvest, Filipinos will face HUNGER ! But the government, instead of prioritizing solutions, seems to be busy politicizing and targeting VP Sara Duterte and her allies.

VP SARA: THE ONLY HOPE?

Amid the chaos, many are shouting: “VP Sara, take over!” While the administration seems to be tied to America’s claws, many miss the “Independent Foreign Policy” of the Dutertes.

The spending of Php20 million just for BBM’s “ego trip” to get a seat on the UN Security Council was also criticized. “What’s the use of a seat on the UN if the Filipino’s stomach is empty?” insisted the angry reactionaries.

THE CURSE OF THE STOLEN TRILLIONS

The issue of the “18 Marines” and the billions of pesos in bribes allegedly brought in suitcases for politicians has also heated up again. According to economist Cora Guidote, the Php800 Billion involved in corruption would have been enough to build 80,000 kilometers of roads or 86,000 houses for the poor!

But under this regime, there seems to be no “accountability.” While thieves are enjoying the money, ordinary drivers and farmers are begging for help.
